The Way This Mum Gets Her Son To Eat Healthy Foods Is Incredible!

Struggling with getting your children to eat their greens? You might want to give this creative idea a go! While most parents tell little ones not to play with their food, one Australian mum is doing the opposite. Mother-of-one, Laleh Mohmedi, has found an amazing way to get her son to eat healthily. Using vegetables, fruits, and other healthy ingredients, Laleh creates cartoon-inspired meals for her son - and they're totally amazing!

Some of her imaginative creations include Judy Hopps from Zootropolis, Elsa from Frozen, Spot from The Good Dinosaur, and of course, Mickey Mouse and the gang.

The extraordinary chef and mum shows off her colourful cartoon foods on her Instagram page Jacob’s Food Diaries, which has close to 50,000 followers.

Using fresh vegetables, beans, grains, and other healthy ingredients, Laleh creates brightly-coloured meals that her two-year-old son loves. But she doesn’t just use her talent on cartoon foods, she has also made more adult-inspired creations like Michael Jackson and Jamie Oliver.

Even though Laleh focuses on healthy foods in her cartoon creations for her son, she also makes the occasional sweet treat too. Her imaginative desserts have included a spelt cupcake with strawberries and melon in the form of a hamster from Zootropolis and waffles with fruit to make the beast from Beauty and the Beast.

She says that her creations can take up to 30 minutes for her to make, but that the work is worth it to see her son eating healthily!
