Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift have finally released their music video for their joint track, I Don’t Wanna Live Forever which is set to feature in the much anticipated film Fifty Shades Darker.
She’s also fanaticising about whether she’s just ‘dodged a bullet’ or ‘lost the love of her life’
As you can imagine, in true Fifty Shades style, the duo's new video includes dark lighting, sultry looks and lots of sexual tension.
It features a forlorn-looking Zayn getting out of a taxi while it’s pouring with rain, and then walking through a dimly lit hotel looking pretty sad because he’s separated from the person he loves.
The next verse sees Taylor doing, erm, exactly the same.
She’s also fanaticising about whether she’s just ‘dodged a bullet’ or ‘lost the love of her life’.
The song will appear in the second instalment of the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise which will hit the big screens on February 10th this year.
It will once again feature Jamie Dornan and the beautiful Dakota Johnson, who play the billionaire lothario Christian Grey and innocent – or now not so innocent - Anastasia Steele.
Fans of the book will know that the steamy romance takes a more serious turn in this next film, with Christian and Ana falling deeper for one another, despite the dangerous obstacles they face.
The film will also see the return of Rita Ora who plays Mia Grey, Christian’s sister.
The films are based around E.L. James’ romance books which shook the world when they hit the shelves back in 2011.
And while avid fans are eagerly awaiting the new film, it seems that there’s still something else to look forward to.
Last year, on fictional character Ana’s 27th birthday, E.L. James revealed an excerpt from her new book, tentatively titled Fifty Shades Darker from Christian’s Point of View.
The excerpt is from the first two pages of the new novel that’s told from Christian’s point of view and is dated Thursday June 9th, 2011 – just a few days after the end of the first installment of the trilogy, Fifty Shades of Grey.
It’s Ana’s first day at work at Seattle Independent Publishing, and she’s been utterly miserable since she ended things with Christian.
The new book picks up with Christian anxiously waiting outside for Ana to leave work, before driving her up to her friend’s art show in Portland.
Those who have read the books will remember that Ana was feeling nervous about the meeting – but as the new excerpt shows, she wasn’t the only one.
