Ingredients
  • 1 Asda Baker's Selection Tiger Baguette
  • 3tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 3tbsp mayonnaise
  • Leftover cooked beef, ham or turkey
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 Baby Gem heart, shredded
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 2tbsp, coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
Method
  • Cut the baguette into 4, then slice partway through each piece, so the two halves are still attached by a 'hinge'.

  • Mix together the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise and spread on the base of each sandwich.

  • Layer the remaining ingredients on top of one another, finishing with the radishes, coriander and chilli.
