Brides are falling in love with the sweetest new wedding trend – ‘floral’ bouquets made out of delicious cupcakes. Because as beautiful as roses are, they're never going to stop that sugar craving.
The incredibly realistic cupcake bouquets make beautiful centrepieces that your guests can then either polish off for dessert, or take home as favours.
Alternatively, you could always give them to your bridesmaids to nibble on during the service.
The new wedding craze seems to have originated in New York with self-styled ‘bakery florist’ Baked Bouquet.
There, they top their warm baked cupcakes with rich buttercream frosting in the colour of your choice, before securing them in a ‘kale-wrapped casing’ and popping them in a vase.
You can have any flavour of cupcake, including vanilla, chocolate and red velvet (they also do gluten-free) and you can choose between roses, sunflowers, petunias and hydrangeas.
They’re almost worth getting married for.
However, you don’t actually have to arrange a wedding just to try them – they also do birthdays and other special occasions.
People are even proposing with them.
Well, it would be pretty hard to say no.
