Spicy bean burgers
You can't go far wrong with a burger especially if it's loaded with cheese, onions and a squirt of ketchup, like our veggie alternative. Make sure you place your burger in between a crusty bread bun, a slice of tomato and some crunchy lettuce.
Barbecue bean, kale and sausage casserole
Packed with a rich, smoky flavour, this one-pot wonder, of beans, kale and some sausages which have been sliced, will warm up any winter evening. Serve with some crusty bread on the side so you can lap up all of the tasty tomato juices.
