Vegan mac 'n' cheese

Macaroni is always a good idea, and you needn't miss out if you're vegan! This plant-based bake, works out at just 67p per serving, and is a source of protein with puréed cauliflower replacing the usual white sauce. We've added our Free From Grated Cheddar Alternative to replace the dairy too. 

Bosh!'s crispy tofu satay bites 

Satay your thing? Then you'll go crazy for these crispy-on-the-outside tofu satay bites. If you've tried tofu before, you'll know that the soy-based food can stand up to flavour. And it's certainly not lacking in this satay dish. We've marinated it with the likes of Thai 7 spice, ground turmeric, black pepper, maple syrup, soy sauce and Thai red curry paste. At just 68p serving, you might want to make double!  

Mimi Harrison's vegan butternut squash risotto 

Now that it's cold outside, there's nothing better than warming yourself up with a hearty dish that's inexpensive to make.  This vegan butternut squash risotto recipe serves 4 and costs just 87p per head. It takes a bit of time and effort to create, but the end result is well worth it. Plus, it will help use up all the ingredients you've probably got lying around your fridge. It's a win-win! 

Cauliflower hot buffalo wings with a garlic mayo dip

Talk about tempting! This spicy, crispy fast-food favourite gets a plant-based spin, as instead of chicken wings, we've battered some chunks of cauliflower then served it alongside a fresh, tangy dip. Now there's a snack we could do with right now...And, at just 87p per serving it's a keeper!
