Easy chapatti flatbreads
Quick to cook, these chapattis are ideal for mopping up sauces and dips. Making your own sundries from scratch is not only cheaper, but also guarantees that "fresh bread" taste that nothing can beat!
Roasted vegetable biryani
One of the most popular curries, this rice-based dish flavoured with garlic, ginger, cinnamon and coriander is deliciously aromatic. Tender, nutty chunks of parsnip and butternut squash add some tasty sweetness, while flaked almonds and green beans add a little crunch. Don't feel like cooking up a whole banquet? Try this dish on its own with some raita and mango chutney on the side for a one-pot-wonder full of flavour.
CARROT BHAJIS WITH CORIANDER YOGURT
Who doesn't love a cheeky bhaji on the side of their curry? Grated carrot makes a sweet, crunchy alternative to onion in our version. Serve with a little yogurt flavoured with lemon, garlic and coriander to dip your crunchy morsels in. No one will be able to resist these glistening beauties!
Lamb rogan josh
Slow-simmered in a fragrant tomato sauce, the meat is rich in flavour and succulent in this lamb curry. A rogan josh is traditionally aromatic with plenty of clove and cardamom flavouring the rich sauce, making it perfect for all ages.
Mango and cardamom lassi cheesecake
Inspired by lassi, the traditional Indian yogurt drink, this fruity pud with hints of cardamom makes a fabulous finale to your feast. What's more, the beautiful rose design made out of mango slices is incredibly easy to recreate at home!
