Lots of good quality dark chocolate is naturally dairy-free, meaning you don't have to miss out on your chocolatey fix just because you're avoiding milk! Use a dairy-free spread like soya or sunflower instead of butter and you're onto a winner.
Side note: We use truffles in this recipe to achieve the gooey centre in each fondant. Make sure your truffles are dairy-free, or, simply use a square or two of good quality, dairy-free dark chocolate.
