Not too long ago people used to fear the words ‘gluten intolerance’, but if you’re cooking for a gluten-free eater it doesn’t have to be a nightmare.

Cooking always should be a fun and colourful exercise and when it comes to preparing a gluten-free meal it should be no different.

We’ve put together a list of our favourite lunch, dinner and dessert recipes for you to mix and match your next gluten-free feast.

LUNCH

Option 1: Beetroot, Squash & Quinoa Salad

DINNER

Option 1: Potato Crust Pizza

This brilliant recipe only takes one hour and because the pizza base is made out of baked potato, you know it’ll be super filling. You can’t do wrong with a traditional margherita topping but feel free to try other flavours.

DESSERT

Option 1: Date, Chocolate & Almond Torte
