Ginger beer, blood orange & rosemary tonic fizz

  • Serves: 1

  • 50ml blood orange juice (from a carton – or any kind of orange juice if you don't have blood orange)
  • 50ml ginger beer
  • 30ml Nosecco Spumante
  • 30ml Extra Special Blood Orange & Rosemary Tonic Water
  • Rosemary sprig, to garnish
  • Chill a Champagne flute in the freezer for 30 mins, or with ice.

  • Add a handful of fresh ice to the glass, followed by the blood orange juice, ginger beer and Nosecco Spumante. Stir gently.

  • Top up with tonic water.

  • Garnish with rosemary.
