Ginger beer, blood orange & rosemary tonic fizz

- 50ml blood orange juice (from a carton – or any kind of orange juice if you don't have blood orange)
- 50ml ginger beer
- 30ml Nosecco Spumante
- 30ml Extra Special Blood Orange & Rosemary Tonic Water
- Rosemary sprig, to garnish
Chill a Champagne flute in the freezer for 30 mins, or with ice.
Add a handful of fresh ice to the glass, followed by the blood orange juice, ginger beer and Nosecco Spumante. Stir gently.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with rosemary.
