How to make homemade lollies

Why not make your own delish smoothie ice lollies, using our lolly moulds, clean empty fromage frais pots or even icecube trays? It’s fun, creative and helps the kids towards their 5-a-day. Win-win!

Follow these simple steps:

  • Whizz a handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries all work well) in a blender with a dollop of yogurt, adding a splash or two of milk (dairy, almond or soya are all fine) if the mixture is too thick.
  • Pop whole berries or mixed fruit slices into your mould, top up with the berry yogurt, add a stick, then freeze for a few hours.
  • For a tropical flavour, blend mango and papaya, thickened with banana. Or, for a refreshing zing, use lemonade and fruit slices.
