Unusual flavour combos

Make the evening really special with a signature cocktail that will tantalise the tastebuds. This ginger and sage sparkling cocktail is so easy to make but will really wow friends and family.

Serve it as dessert

Made using just three ingredients, grown-up guests will love this festive Prosecco granita dessert. Just remember to give yourself enough time to let it reach that slushy consistency in the freezer!

Add some juice

Whether you opt for refreshing orange juice or something a little more festive like cranberry or pomegranate juice, combine in equal parts with Prosecco for a fruity sparkling cocktail that's sure to go down a treat.

Make it ice cold

This raspberry sorbet bellini recipe is made using a frozen cocktail mix topped with some sparkling wine and then garnished with fresh raspberries. Yum!

A taste of the Med

Take a trip to Southern Italy by adding a dash of Limoncello to the bottom of your glass and then topping with Prosecco. Add a slice of lemon for the finishing touch!

Stock up on Prosecco and more at Asda. And don't fret if you have any leftover fizz - here's how to keep it fresh
