Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites from large eggs
  • 250g Nutella
  • 150g self-raising flour
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180C /160C Fan/ Gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

  • Put the egg whites in a large bowl and whisk lightly with a fork. Add the Nutella and flour, then mix with a large spoon until just evenly combined.

  • Take heaped teaspoons of the dough and shape them into balls. Arrange on the baking trays with plenty of space in between, then flatten slightly with your palm.

  • Bake in the oven for 10 mins. Allow to cool on the baking trays for 10 mins to firm up, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
