3-ingredient choc-nut cookies
- 2 egg whites from large eggs
- 250g Nutella
- 150g self-raising flour
Preheat the oven to 180C /160C Fan/ Gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Put the egg whites in a large bowl and whisk lightly with a fork. Add the Nutella and flour, then mix with a large spoon until just evenly combined.
Take heaped teaspoons of the dough and shape them into balls. Arrange on the baking trays with plenty of space in between, then flatten slightly with your palm.
Bake in the oven for 10 mins. Allow to cool on the baking trays for 10 mins to firm up, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
