Aperol & bombay bramble gin winter spritz
- 1 fresh blackberry
- 1 slice pink grapefruit
- 50ml Aperol
- 50ml Bombay Bramble Distilled Gin
- 50ml Prosseco
- Soda water, to top up
- Sprig of thyme, to garnish
Chill a large wine glass with ice, or in a freezer for 30 minutes.
Add some fresh ice, the blackberry and the pink grapefruit slice to the glass.
Pour in the Aperol, followed by the gin. Stir to combine.
Add the Prosecco then top up with the soda water. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with the thyme sprig.
