Green apple and kale smoothie
- 1 banana (cut into 1cm slices)
- 3 Grower’s Selection Granny Smith Apples (each peeled and cored and cut into chunks)
- 30g Grower’s Selection Unwashed Sliced Curly Kale (washed)
- 2tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 300ml almond milk
- To Serve
- Selection of nuts
- Selection of seeds
Put the sliced banana, apples (reserving some to decorate the smoothie), kale, peanut butter and almond milk into a blender. Whizz until smooth.
Once blended, pour the mixture into bowls and chill for 10 mins. To serve, decorate the smoothie with slices of the reserved apple and sprinkle over nuts and seeds of your choice.
