Ingredients
  • 340g tinned crab, drained
  • 1tsp fish sauce
  • 1tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1tsp chilli sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 baby gem lettuce heart, finely shredded
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 sprigs mint, finely chopped
  • 4 radishes, finely sliced
Method
  • Combine the crab meat, fish sauce, mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Adjust to taste.

  • Cut the slider buns in half and lightly toast.

  • Top the base of each bun with the gem lettuce followed by the crab mix, spring onions, mint and radish.
