Asian crab sliders
- 340g tinned crab, drained
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 1tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1tsp chilli sauce
- 8 slider buns
- 1 baby gem lettuce heart, finely shredded
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 sprigs mint, finely chopped
- 4 radishes, finely sliced
Combine the crab meat, fish sauce, mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Adjust to taste.
Cut the slider buns in half and lightly toast.
Top the base of each bun with the gem lettuce followed by the crab mix, spring onions, mint and radish.
