Ingredients
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • 200g Asda Smart Price Full Fat Soft Cheese
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • 250g frozen asparagus
  • 15g butter, melted
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C/160C Fan/Gas 6. Lay the puff pastry on a baking sheet and mark border around the edge with a sharp knife 1.5 inches without cutting all the way through. Brush the edge of the boarder with egg. Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the soft cheese with the rest of the beaten egg and half the Parmesan and spread on the pastry.

  • Top with the asparagus and brush it with melted butter. Sprinkle on the rest of the Parmesan.

  • Bake in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
