Ingredients
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and destoned
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 10g fresh coriander, torn
  • 10g basil, torn
  • 170g fat-free Greek-style yogurt
Method
  • Blend the avocado, lime juice, coriander, basil and yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a serving jug or bottle and serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
