Baby carrots with orange glaze
- 3-4 packs of Asda Baby Carrots
- 1 level tsp sugar
- 15g butter
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- Chopped parsely, to serve
Trim and halve the carrots and put in a pan with the sugar, butter, orange juice, and enough boiling water to just cover them. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for another 3 minutes until just tender. Drain and sprinkle with the chopped parsley to serve.
