Ingredients
  • 90g bag baby leaf salad
  • 10 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 50g croutons
  • 200g chopped, cooked chicken
  • 2 rashers cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
Method
  • Put the baby leaf salad in a bowl along with the cherry tomatoes, croutons and chicken and toss together.

  • Crumble in the bacon and mix to combine.

  • Mix together the oil, cider vinegar, garlic, honey and mustard. Season and drizzle over the salad.
