Baby leaf & chicken salad

- 90g bag baby leaf salad
- 10 halved cherry tomatoes
- 50g croutons
- 200g chopped, cooked chicken
- 2 rashers cooked and crumbled bacon
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
Put the baby leaf salad in a bowl along with the cherry tomatoes, croutons and chicken and toss together.
Crumble in the bacon and mix to combine.
Mix together the oil, cider vinegar, garlic, honey and mustard. Season and drizzle over the salad.
