Ingredients
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 500g pot Asda Simply Tomato Sauce
  • 540g bag Asda Frozen White Fish Fillets
  • 50g white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped curly parsley
  • 25g Parmesan, grated
  • New potatoes, to serve
  • Sugar snap peas, to serve
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Using a little of the butter, grease an ovenproof dish big enough to hold the fish in a single layer. Pour in the sauce and sit the fish on top. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley, Parmesan and remaining butter. Season, then sprinkle over the fish.

  • Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Serve with new potatoes and sugar snaps.
