Ingredients
  • 2 large bananas (just ripe)
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 130C/110C Fan/Gas 1/2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and brush with oil. Cut the bananas into even slices (about 5mm). Toss in a bowl with the lemon juice to coat. Drain off excess juice.

  • Put on the baking trays in a single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours, turning the slices midway through.

  • Serve sprinkled with salt.
