Banana & toffee cream
- 10 Asda Extra Special Mini Meringues
- 300ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- 75g Asda pecan nuts, chopped
- 200g sachet Asda Extra Special Toffee Sauce
Break the meringues into large pieces, working on a plate so you save all the crumbs.
Lightly whip the cream with the icing sugar until its just fluffy. Gently stir in the meringue, banana and two-thirds of the nuts.
Fold in 4 tbsp toffee sauce for a rippled effect and spoon into four glasses. Top with the remaining nuts and drizzle with extra sauce.
