Ingredients
  • 10 Asda Extra Special Mini Meringues
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 75g Asda pecan nuts, chopped
  • 200g sachet Asda Extra Special Toffee Sauce
Method
  • Break the meringues into large pieces, working on a plate so you save all the crumbs.

  • Lightly whip the cream with the icing sugar until its just fluffy. Gently stir in the meringue, banana and two-thirds of the nuts.

  • Fold in 4 tbsp toffee sauce for a rippled effect and spoon into four glasses. Top with the remaining nuts and drizzle with extra sauce.
