  • 300g can Asda Adzuki Beans
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes from a jar, drained
  • 4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
  • 75g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp oil from the sun-dried tomatoes jar
  • 2 tbsp Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Asda Extra Special Caramelised Onion Chutney
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, to serve
  • Tomato, to serve
  • Ketchup, to serve
  • Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.

  • Drain the beans through a sieve and rinse well under the cold tap. Put them in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher.

  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and flat-leaf parsley sprigs into small pieces with scissors. Add to the mashed beans, along with the fresh breadcrumbs, the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes jar, the sweet chilli sauce and the caramelized onion chutney.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir together with a spatula or wooden spoon, then finish mixing with your hands.

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the bean mixture into four flat cakes, using your hands, and put on the baking paper.

  • Brush the tops with olive oil and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve in burger buns with lettuce, tomato and ketchup.
