Rare beef and horseradish crispy bites
- 200g Butcher's Selection Garlic & Herb Thin Cut Beef Sizzle Steak (take from the fridge 30 mins before you're ready to cook it)
- 70g Kettle Vegetable Chips
- 2tbsp horseradish sauce
Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium. Cook the steak for 2 mins on each side.
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 mins. Slice it into thin strips.
Spoon a little horseradish onto each crisp and top with a slice of steak. Serve straight away.
