Beef & noodle stir-fry
- 250g pack Asda Egg Noodles
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 350g Asda Butcher's Selection Rump Steak, trimmed of fat and cut into strips
- 1 large leek (or 2 medium leeks), trimmed and sliced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions, then drain. Put in a large bowl and toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Stir-fry the beef for 3 minutes, then add to the noodles.
Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
Return the beef and noodles to the wok with the soy sauce, oyster sauce and Worcester sauce, then stir-fry over a high heat until really hot.
