  • 350g frozen mixed berries
  • 50g jumbo rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 passion fruit, halved
  • 500g low-fat natural yogurt

  • About 2 hours before you start, take the berries out of the freezer. Weight them then spread on a plate to defrost. Pre-heat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3.

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Weigh the oats. Spread on the tray and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake for 10-12 mins until golden. Leave on the tray to cool.

  • While the oats are toasting, peel the banana. Slice it on a chopping board, then cut each piece into quarters. Put into a bowl and stir in the berries.

  • Using a teaspoon, scoop the seeds from each half of the passion fruit into the bowl with the rest of the fruit. Stir.

  • Put 1 tbsp of fruit into the bottom of each glass. Cover with 1 tbsp of yogurt.

  • Repeat layering with another spoon of fruit and another spoon of yogurt. Finish with a spoon of fruit on the top.
