Ingredients
  • 290g Asda Pizza Mix
  • 10g unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g light soft cheese
  • 50g ricotta
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g strawberries, halved
  • 125g blueberries
  • 125g raspberries
  • 10g basil leaves
  • 1tsp icing sugar
Method
  • Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium.

  • Make up the pizza mix according to the pack instructions. Divide the dough into 2 balls and roll each out to a circular pizza base the thickness of a £1 coin.

  • Brush the melted butter all over both pizza bases and cook for 3-5 mins on each side, until lightly browned and bubbling. Set aside to cool fully.

  • Meanwhile, put the soft cheese in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the ricotta and vanilla.

  • Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza bases and top with the berries and basil leaves. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
