Ingredients
- 290g Asda Pizza Mix
- 10g unsalted butter, melted
- 50g light soft cheese
- 50g ricotta
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 150g strawberries, halved
- 125g blueberries
- 125g raspberries
- 10g basil leaves
- 1tsp icing sugar
Method
Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium.
Make up the pizza mix according to the pack instructions. Divide the dough into 2 balls and roll each out to a circular pizza base the thickness of a £1 coin.
Brush the melted butter all over both pizza bases and cook for 3-5 mins on each side, until lightly browned and bubbling. Set aside to cool fully.
Meanwhile, put the soft cheese in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the ricotta and vanilla.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza bases and top with the berries and basil leaves. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
