Ingredients
  • 150g sugar
  • 300g raspberries
  • 300g blueberries
  • Asda Red Grape Juice (or Shloer Sparkling Red Grape Juice)
Method
  • Put the sugar in a large pan, add 300ml water, then heat.

  • Add the raspberries and blueberries. Simmer for 2 minutes. Leave to cool.

  • Pass through a sieve, then freeze in ice cube trays.

  • For each drink, put 6 cubes in a freezer bag, wrap in a tea towel, then bash with a rolling pin to crush.

  • Serve in a tall glass, topped up with the grape juice.
