The best Brussels sprouts
- 10 slices Extra Special Dry Cured Pancetta, chopped
- 180g Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts, chopped
- 500g trimmed Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3tbsp chopped parsley
- Zest and juice ½ lemon
Cook the pancetta in a large frying pan for 5-6 mins until just crisping up.
Add the chestnuts and Brussels sprouts. Stir-fry for 5 mins until just cooked through.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Sprinkle over the lemon zest and juice and serve immediately.
TOP TIP: To avoid overcooking Brussels sprouts, cut any large ones in half, then cook them at the last minute.
