Ingredients
  • 100g Chosen by you Scottish Porridge Oats
  • 200g ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped
  • 250ml Chosen by youPressed Apple Juice
  • 2 eating apples, cored and grated
  • 100g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp Chosen by you Greek Style NaturalYogurt
  • 4 tsp clear honey
Method
  • In a bowl, mix the oats with the apricots. Add the apple juice, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.

  • Stir the apples into the oats with the blueberries.

  • Divide between 4 bowls. Top with yogurt and honey.
