Ingredients
  • 6 very ripe, medium-sized bananas
  • 405g can condensed milk
  • 400g Asda Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt
  • 5 tubes Dr. Oetker Food Colour Gel in Black
  • 40g desiccated coconut
  • 20 Asda Waffle Cones
Method
  • Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix with the condensed milk and yogurt. Add 4 tubes of the black colouring and stir until evenly mixed. Put in a plastic, lidded box and freeze for at least 4 hrs.

  • Meanwhile, put the desiccated coconut in a bowl with the final tube of black colouring. Mix until evenly coloured. Set aside.

  • Put the frozen yogurt mixture in a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe into the cones (or simply scoop). Sprinkle the coconut on top and serve immediately.
