Blackberry, pear & coconut smoothie in a bowl

- 150g blackberries, plus a few extra, to garnish
- 1 ripe pear, cored
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 50ml natural apple juice
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- A few pumpkin seeds, to garnish
Put the blackberries in a bowl with the pear, banana and apple juice.
Blitz the fruit and the juice with a hand-held blender until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the coconut, honey, extra blackberries and pumpkin seeds.
