Ingredients
  • 150g blackberries, plus a few extra, to garnish
  • 1 ripe pear, cored
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 50ml natural apple juice
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • A few pumpkin seeds, to garnish
Method
  • Put the blackberries in a bowl with the pear, banana and apple juice.

  • Blitz the fruit and the juice with a hand-held blender until smooth.

  • Pour into a bowl and top with the coconut, honey, extra blackberries and pumpkin seeds.
