Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp blackcurrant cordial
  • 411g can pears in juice
Method
  • Mix the cordial with 4 tbsp water, then use to fill halfway up an ice-cube tray. Freeze until solid.

  • Blend the pears in their juices until smooth. Pour over the blackcurrant ice cubes, then return to the freezer.
