Blackcurrant and pear multi-layered fruit cubes

- 4 tbsp blackcurrant cordial
- 411g can pears in juice
Mix the cordial with 4 tbsp water, then use to fill halfway up an ice-cube tray. Freeze until solid.
Blend the pears in their juices until smooth. Pour over the blackcurrant ice cubes, then return to the freezer.
