Blood-red ribs & wings

- 120ml Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 90ml red wine vinegar
- 200ml ketchup
- 4 tbsp redcurrant jelly
- 800g pack Asda Pork Ribs
- 1 kg pack Asda Smart Price Chicken Wings
Pre-heat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3. Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, red wine vinegar, ketchup and redcurrant jelly.
Put half this mixture in a shallow ovenproof dish with 75ml water and stir to mix. Add the ribs and coat them in the sauce. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the rest of the sauce mixture in another ovenproof dish with 3 tbsp water and add the chicken wings. Stir so that all the wings are completely coated.
Increase the oven temperature to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Remove the foil from the ribs and baste them with the sauce. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes. Put the wings on another shelf of the oven and cook at the same time.
