Ingredients
  • 120ml Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 90ml red wine vinegar
  • 200ml ketchup
  • 4 tbsp redcurrant jelly
  • 800g pack Asda Pork Ribs
  • 1 kg pack Asda Smart Price Chicken Wings
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3. Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, red wine vinegar, ketchup and redcurrant jelly.

  • Put half this mixture in a shallow ovenproof dish with 75ml water and stir to mix. Add the ribs and coat them in the sauce. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, put the rest of the sauce mixture in another ovenproof dish with 3 tbsp water and add the chicken wings. Stir so that all the wings are completely coated.

  • Increase the oven temperature to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Remove the foil from the ribs and baste them with the sauce. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes. Put the wings on another shelf of the oven and cook at the same time.
