Blue cheese dressing
- 4 laughing cow light blue cheese triangle
- 2tbsp Asda lighter than light mayonnaise
- 1tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ clove garlic, finely crushed
- 2tbsp chives, finely chopped
Place all the ingredients except for the chives in a jug with 2tbsp water and blend with a stick blender until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper and mix in the chives.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
