Blue cheese and prosciutto stuffed mushrooms

- 4 Asda Jumbo Mushrooms
- 15g butter
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 150g Danish blue cheese, crumbled
- 50g breadcrumbs
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Remove and chop the stalks from the mushrooms and set aside.
Cook the stalks, shallots and prosciutto in the butter for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the crème fraîche then spoon into the mushrooms.
Top with the blue cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
