Ingredients
  • 4 Asda Jumbo Mushrooms
  • 15g butter
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 150g Danish blue cheese, crumbled
  • 50g breadcrumbs
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Remove and chop the stalks from the mushrooms and set aside.

  • Cook the stalks, shallots and prosciutto in the butter for 4-5 minutes.

  • Stir in the crème fraîche then spoon into the mushrooms.

  • Top with the blue cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
