This yummy smoothie makes the perfect beginners' brekkie for ages 8-10

Nothing says 'I love you Mum' like a healthy breakfast in bed. Get the little ones to suprise her with this easy smoothie, perfect for ages 8-10.


Put a good few handfuls of blueberries in a bowl and mash to a pulp with a fork. Fresh blueberries are best but frozen are fine, too – just defrost them first.

Add a large dollop of Chosen by you Greek Style Natural Yogurt and 3tbsp rolled oats along with a splash of milk and a little honey, to sweeten.

Pulse the mixture in a blender until smooth – add a splash of water if it’s too thick.

Serve in a pretty glass.
