- 15g butter
- 250g pack Chosen by you Classic Favourites Marshmallows
- 150g Chosen by you Rice Snaps
- Red icing pen
Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat. Add the marshmallows and melt, stirring all the time. Add the Rice Snaps and stir. Allow to cool slightly, then shape into small balls the size of a 2p piece.
Press 2 balls together to make a brain. Repeat until all the balls have been used. Allow to cool, then draw on veins with the red icing pen.
Serve in a large jar.
