This delicious dessert made into a breakfast treat is perfect for budding bakers aged 10-13.
Swap out the traditional sponge and custard for granola and yoghurt and it'll be a favourite for all ages. Just watch that it doesn't all go missing!
Method:
Put some strawberry yogurt in the bottom of a glass. Add a handful of granola, followed by a selection of your mum’s favourite fruit, chopped.
Repeat with another layer each of the yogurt, granola and fruit, then serve, topped with a few torn mint leaves.
