Ingredients
  • 2 x 250g packs Asda Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 250g pack Asda Extra Special Fine Green Beans
  • 25g Asda Extra Special Salted Butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 unwaxed lemon, zest of
Method
  • Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and simmer for 2 minutes then add the beans and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  • Drain the broccoli and beans in a colander. Add the butter, oil and lemon zest to the pan and allow the heat of the pan to melt the butter.

  • Return the vegetables to the pan and toss together well. Transfer to a dish and serve immediately.
