Ingredients
  • 200g lean turkey mince
  • 11⁄2tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 2tbsp Red’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce, plus extra to serve
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1⁄4tsp dried oregano
  • 1⁄4tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • baguette, sliced
  • 8-12 lettuce leaves
  • 4tbsp coleslaw
  • 1 large gherkin, sliced
  • 60g blue cheese
Method
  • In a large bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, 1tbsp BBQ sauce, spring onions, oregano and chilli. Shape into 4 patties and brush with oil.

  • Cook on a preheated griddle or barbecue for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through. Brush with the other 1tbsp BBQ sauce.

  • Toast 8 baguette slices. Top 4 with lettuce, coleslaw, a slider, gherkin and cheese, and finish with a baguette slice. Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
