Buffalo turkey sliders

- 200g lean turkey mince
- 11⁄2tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp Red’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce, plus extra to serve
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1⁄4tsp dried oregano
- 1⁄4tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1tsp olive oil
- baguette, sliced
- 8-12 lettuce leaves
- 4tbsp coleslaw
- 1 large gherkin, sliced
- 60g blue cheese
In a large bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, 1tbsp BBQ sauce, spring onions, oregano and chilli.
Shape into 4 patties and brush with oil.
Cook on a preheated griddle or barbecue for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through.
Brush with the other 1tbsp BBQ sauce.
Toast 8 baguette slices. Top 4 with lettuce, coleslaw, a slider, gherkin and cheese, and finish with a baguette slice.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
