Caesar salad dressing
- 2 anchovies in oil, drained and very finely chopped (optional)
- 1tbsp freshly grated parmesan or grana Padano
- 4tbsp Asda lighter than light mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ clove garlic, finely crushed
Whisk all the ingredients and 3-4 tbsp water together until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-5days.
