Ingredients
  • 2 anchovies in oil, drained and very finely chopped (optional)
  • 1tbsp freshly grated parmesan or grana Padano
  • 4tbsp Asda lighter than light mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ clove garlic, finely crushed
Method
  • Whisk all the ingredients and 3-4 tbsp water together until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-5days.
