- 500g Extra Special Skin On Beef Dripping Chunky Chips
- 120g Asda Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese Blend
- 300ml hot gravy
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Arrange the chips on a baking tray in one even layer and cook according to the pack instructions.
Once the chips are golden and crispy, divide them between 4 bowls, layering with the grated cheese.
Pour over the hot gravy and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Allow to sit for 5 mins before serving so that the hot chips and gravy can begin to melt the cheese.
