Candy cane hot chocolate

- 8 tbsp hot chocolate powder
- 1L semi-skimmed milk
- 1tsp peppermint extract
- 30% less fat squirty cream
- 2 candy canes, finely chopped plus extra to serve
Mix 8tbsp hot chocolate powder with a splash of milk until smooth.
In a large pan whisk the chocolate paste into 1L semi-skimmed milk and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat, stir through 1tsp peppermint extract and divide between 6 mugs.
Top each with squirty cream and sprinkle with two candy canes, finely chopped.
