- 2 persimmons
- 25g butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Greek yogurt or ice cream, to serve
Remove the stalks from 2 persimmons and cut into 6-8 segments.
Melt 25g butter in a pan with 1 tbsp brown sugar over a low heat, until dissolved.
Add the persimmon segments and cook until lightly browned, turning often.
Serve as a dessert with a little Greek yogurt or ice cream. Pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the serving.
Alternatively, serve the fruit with a cheese board.
