Ingredients
- 50ml Caribbean Spirit drink
- 50ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Sparkling Lychee juice
- Fresh mint leaves
Method
Shake the Caribbean spirit & Passionfruit & Pineapple juices in a shaker with plenty of ice until cold.
Add 3 or 4 mint leaves to a tall glass of ice, then add the shaken cocktail. Top up with sparkling Lychee juice.
Garnish with a bouquet of mint leaves. Serve with a straw.
