Ingredients
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 175ml almond milk
  • 1/2 medium carrot, peeled and grated (about 30g)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 15g raisins
  • 15g chopped walnuts
Method
  • Heat the oats, almond milk, grated carrot, raisins and spices in a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with the walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
