Ingredients
  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 275g new potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100g tube Asda Chosen by you Balti Curry Paste
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 2 level tsp cornflour
  • 350g basmati rice
Method
  • Boil the cauliflower with the new potatoes in a large pan for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving 350ml cooking water.

  • Clean the pan, then add the sunflower oil and chopped onion and fry until soft. Stir in the balti paste and cook for another minute.

  • Add the reserved water, cooked cauliflower and potatoes, and peas. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and stir in. Simmer for 1 minute.

  • Meanwhile, cook the rice following pack instructions and serve with the curry.
