Charred asparagus, spring onions and radishes with a savoury yogurt

- 2 x 125g packs Extra Special Asparagus Tips
- 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed
- 100g radishes, halved
- 2tbsp rapeseed oil
- 300g Asda Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100g Asda Feta, crumbled
- 2tbsp chopped parsley
- Zest 1 lemon
- 340g Extra Special Sourdough Baguette, sliced, toasted and torn
Heatagriddle pan over a high setting. Toss the asparagus, spring onions and radish halves with ½ the oil until well coated. In batches, griddle the veg for 4-6 mins, until browned.
Meanwhile, put the yogurt, the crushed garlic, most of the feta, most of the parsley and ½ the lemon zest in a food processor. Blitz until almost smooth and season with black pepper.
Spoon the yogurt mixture ontoalarge platter and arrange the veg next to it. Drizzle over the remaining oil and sprinkle over the remaining feta. Garnish with the reserved parsley and lemon zest. Serve with the toasted sourdough, for dipping.
